I am a Technical Product Specialist and a hands-on product builder with a Computer Science degree and cross-functional ownership across B2G, B2C and internal operations. I work independently from discovery and stakeholder input through requirements, UX and workflow design, data modeling, automation, implementation, QA and production support.
At iSchool I own product work across Hiring, Payroll, Education, Ticketing and Operations, turning stakeholder requests into requirements, workflows, validation plans and shipped changes. I use user feedback, operational data and QA findings to find gaps, investigate root causes and redesign processes, and I bridge Product, Operations, Academic, Support and technical stakeholders with enough depth to reason about databases, APIs, integrations and edge cases rather than only coordinate them.
What that has produced: a B2C learning and commerce platform, an end-to-end B2G tutor hiring system, AI-enabled support automation, an LMS and video pipeline, and a set of internal business systems. Mostly React and Vite, Supabase and PostgreSQL, n8n, REST APIs and webhooks, with AI integrations where they earn their place.
Alongside product work I administer IT infrastructure and lead help desk operations for Holol PMS in the UAE. Earlier, I generated and analysed mathematical failure cases in AI models with Outlier, and roles at Amazon, Teleperformance and Vodafone built the communication and composure the rest of it runs on.
